80 Batteries for the Motorized Infantry Battalion of the 141st Brigade
Surveillance systems on the line of contact are the eyes of the infantry. They allow soldiers to monitor the situation around a position without unnecessary risk. But any such system lives only as long as its battery does.
How can I help youThat's why the latest request from the motorized infantry battalion of the 141st Brigade concerned rechargeable batteries — the same type used in FPV drones. One such battery provides approximately a day and a half of continuous operation for a surveillance system.
The Bit Spilka Foundation covered the cost of 45 units — using funds remaining from previous fundraisers. This is exactly the kind of situation we often talk about: when we manage to raise a bit more than a specific need requires, we use the surplus for urgent requests when something is needed "yesterday" and there's no time to launch a new campaign.
The battery manufacturer also got involved and donated an additional batch on their own initiative. As a result, instead of the planned 45 units, the battalion received 80 batteries.
This is yet another proof that the trust you place in us delivers concrete results — quickly and without delay.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this fundraiser. It's thanks to you that the Foundation can meet the front line's urgent needs exactly when they matter most.
